Bugs and crashes

WITH YOUR HELP WE ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND FIX BUGS ASAP!

First, ensure that your web connection is working and you have updated to the latest version of FishVerify.

You may also try rebooting the phone and deleting/reinstalling the app. This does not affect your profile, but be sure to remember your username and password.

Cancel my subscription

We’re sad to see you go, but we appreciate you giving FishVerify Premium a try. Before canceling, we would love to better understand your reasons for leaving so we can improve your experience. Please take a moment to fill out this form and let us know how we can help make FishVerify better.

For App Store Users: (iPhone Users)
  1. Go to App Store App
  2. Click on your account (Top right corner)
  3. Click on “Subscriptions”
  4. Choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
  5. Continue using FishVerify as normal, you can then use the free version after your current subscription period ends.

For Google Play Users: (Android devices)

  1. Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. There you can see your Subscriptions and Services.
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Continue using FishVerify as normal, you can then use the free version after your current subscription period ends.

Delete my account

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
If you wish to delete your account, please first make sure that you have cancelled your FishVerify Premium subscription to avoid any on-going charges after the account gets deleted as the subscription can still remain active through Google Play Store or App Store, depending on your device. Find below instructions to cancel:


To completely delete your account and all user data connected to it, please send an email to support AT fishverify DOT com with both your username and email address
used to sign up for FishVerify. Once we have those details we will then be able to delete your account. Keep in mind that this is irreversible.
